Delivery Terms
•Shipping/Carriage Charges: Prices quoted in the checkout include delivery to the front door of your house or building to most addresses within the UK

•Deliveries are normally made within 3-5 working days of the order being placed but may take longer if shipped from a 3rd party location.

•Please note that additional services such as evening or weekend delivery, deliveries to remote or island locations, or when special delivery services are requested, additional charges to cover these costs will apply.

•Deliveries to certain areas of the UK may be restricted.

•Damage in Transit: After leaving our site, all goods are insured by our forwarder against damage, if you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation and packaging so that an insurance claim can be made against the forwarders insurers.

•If you receive a damaged parcel, note the fact on the delivery note, even before you open the package to examine the contents.

•If you are unable to open and inspect a package at the time of delivery, reject the delivery.

•It is in our contract with the courier to allow you 15 minutes to check over the items on your delivery. If the driver does not allow you to check goods, please refuse to accept the delivery and call our customer services team Tel: 01228 526242

•Any damaged or missing items must be described on the delivery note to validate any future claims. you must also contact us straight away on 01228 526242
LOCAL DELIVERIES
Deliveries within approximately 30 miles to our showrooms will be made by our own delivery team. Depending on the order items and your postcode, costs range between £7.50 to £35. Add your items to the cart and the checkout will display the delivery cost.
NATIONWIDE DELIVERIES
Most of our products are available for nationwide shipping. Depending on the size of the items that your order, delivery costs range between £15 and £35. Add the items you wish to order to the cart and the delivery costs will display at the checkout.
RETURNS
If you need to return an item to us, the product and packaging must be in the original condition. Please read our terms regarding purchases made from the Andersons Ltd website. Your statutory rights are not affected by this information.

Returns Information

•You can return any unused product to us in its original condition for a refund within 14 days of delivery to you. You the buyer will pay the cost of returning the item. See below for estimates on the cost of returning items.

•If you advise us of your return more than 14 calendar days following the date of delivery, we will advise you whether the return is acceptable, and any costs associated.

•Please complete the form on this page to request a return.

•Customers who wish to return products after 14 days of the order date, we will advise you whether the return is acceptable and if there is a 25% restocking fee.

•All products marked as a parcel will be able to be returned by a standard courier the approximate cost of this will be £7.50 per item. Costs may vary depending on the size of the parcel.

•All goods marked as 'BIG & HEAVY' will incur a cost of approximately £45 per pallet. Costs may vary depending on where you are sending it from, etc.

•In the unlikely event that a delivered product (including special order items) is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a full refund, as long as we are notified of the product's fault within 48 hours (24 hours for doors) of it being delivered to you.

•To arrange for the product to be collected or send it back please use the RMA link with your order number and details of the product to be returned. We will collect it at no expense to yourself, and either provide a replacement or process a refund if the product is no longer in stock. After 24 hours please refer to manufacturer returns policy.

•All refunds will be made to the account used to purchase the product.

•Once we have received your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they are in a resalable condition, once approved you will receive your refund within 14 days via the payment method you placed the order on (Card, PayPal, BACS).

•We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any part-refund, full refund or product exchange.
