I am writing to give praise for the service , attitude and great attention we had from this branch in particular to Joe in sales and design and Tam who was incredible with help with flooring etc. We chose Anderson having bought a kitchen from you some years back, and having moved back to the area and into a new house felt we should use you again. The service and the process was faultless your company and the staff particularly the two guys above were exceptional. we sought quotes from two other suppliers and their only interest was trying to sell us what we didn't want . Your people listened and made very sensible suggestions which we adopted and we ended with a simple and workable kitchen with unnecessary expensive additions.
The quality was excellent the whole process was painless and I would say in my opinion you are streets ahead of any competitor we looked at .
The kitchen we have has been admired by almost everyone who has visited and when we see what others in this small development have from alternative suppliers we are very grateful that we returned to Andersons.
Your premises are functional and not glitzy like so many others who in my mind put style over substance . I think you are understated champions of the kitchen industry, very well done .
